Housing Production Plan (HPP) Community Forum

Help Holliston develop its next Housing Production Plan (HPP) and meet its 3A “MBTA Communities” compliance. This HPP will identify the Town’s housing needs and establish a five-year housing vision, with goals and strategies to achieve it.
When communities encourage homes of many shapes and sizes, it helps to give people of all different preferences, needs, socioeconomic, cultural, ethnic, and racial backgrounds affordable options and keep prices from shooting out of reach. We all need to work together to create a plan for housing solutions that contribute toward a healthy, equitable, and prosperous community.
Holliston community members are encouraged to get involved and help shape the HPP plan, which is being developed with the support of JM Goldson consultants, by either completing the Holliston Housing Survey or joining Community Forum on Tuesday, March 26th from 6:00 PM – 8:00PM at the Holliston High School Library.
During the community forum, the JM Goldson representatives will discuss some of their initial findings and provide opportunities for community members to share their vision for the HPP Plan. You will be invited to participate in a variety of activities to voice your insights.
