Impact Pillars
Diverse Holliston spearheads more than two dozen initiatives across five impact areas: town governance, schools, educational programming, community engagement, and outreach and communications. Learn more about work to find a place where you can contribute and get involved.
Town Governance
We attend committee meetings, meet with Town leaders, and raise awareness within Town Government around the principles of DEI.
Schools
We partner with committees, leadership, students, and others across the Holliston Public School system to ensure that all of the students in our town have equal access to the same educational opportunities.
Educational Programming
We create our own programs as well as partner with other organizations and individuals to develop workshops and trainings. We also support and help promote relevant programming developed by others.
Outreach and Communications
We maintain a website and blog, a monthly newsletter, and multiple social media channels. We also maintain relationships with news outlets in Holliston.
Community Engagement
We believe authentic connection is foundational in equity and inclusion work. We host events of celebration and strive to connect authentically with populations for whom we have yet to engage.
Volunteers

Join a working group focused on an issue you care about. Collaborate regularly with others to plan, advocate, and make change happen.
