Sunday, Jan. 28th 🌈 3 – 4 pm
Robbins Library, Arlington
Join us for our inaugural Welcome Baby Queer Family Meetup, bringing together LGBTQIA+ families with children aged 0-2. Pediatric Sleep Consultant Laurel Segal from The Seagull Nest will lead a sleep Q&A session to kick off the program. Then, we’ll have the opportunity to connect and get to know one another over coffee and a snack. Don’t forget to bring a blanket to sit on. We look forward to meeting you and your little ones! Siblings are welcome. No cost, registration required.

 

4th Monday of the Month 🌈 7:30- 9 pm

Our monthly virtual support group for parents and caregivers of trans, non-binary, and LGBTQ+ identified youth. This group aims to create a safe, welcoming, and affirming space within the Jewish community for parents and caregivers to navigate their family’s identity development and to support one another. Run by PFLAG-trained parent facilitators who can offer support and link you to resources, these confidential meetings are free of charge. Winter dates include: Jan. 22 , Feb. 26, Mar. 25. Pre-registration is required by 5pm on the day of the session to receive Zoom link.

Join us for a heartwarming and joyous family Shabbat program celebrating the power of unity in our diverse community. With Jewish drag artist Jean Sequins, we’ll enjoy a blend of songs, stories, and movement to honor the unique identities that make our community shine. To add even more excitement, we’ll roll up our sleeves and create take-and-bake rainbow challah! No cost, registration required.

Celebrate the joy of Purim with a Drag Story Hour! Grab a costume and enjoy Purim-themed stories, crafts, and, of course, Hamantaschen! Introduce kids to glamorous, bold, and unabashedly queer, LGBTQ+ role models, while sharing love and acceptance through storytelling. All families welcome. Program will cost $15/family, registration required.
